WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Minimum order value – first order £250, thereafter £100.

2. We welcome wholesale orders from bricks-and-mortar shops, online shops with their own store website, and sewing schools/craft cafes.

3. We do not offer wholesale to sellers on third party e- commerce sites such as Ebay, Etsy, Folksy, Amazon or similar.

4. All retailers are subject to approval.

5. Sewing schools and craft cafes are welcome to place a wholesale order for use in classes and/or to sell to class participants.

6. Prices are listed in UK sterling.

7. Any customs or import duties, charges or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. As an international stockist, all returns due to faulty products are to be handled at Store-level.  Faulty products will be replaced in a future order or credited/refunded to your account.  In-store damaged packaging can be replaced in following re-order.

9. Jenerates by Jen Hogg is not responsible for any carrier delays.

10. All sales are final.

11. Prices and/or shipping costs may change in the future without notice.

14. Orders of bespoke items require payment of 50% in advance
